Programme goals frame the learning outcomes for each course. Through the IELC, participants will:

Grow as leaders

Grow as leaders who are able to analyse their own organisations as contexts for change and craft productive strategies for continuous professional development.

Enhance personal development

Enhance their personal development as organisational leaders, imbuing them with motivation, confidence and skills for lifelong learning.

Develop management and leadership skills

Develop management and leadership skills that enhance their ability to achieve results with people and through organisational systems.

Develop a theoretical foundation

Develop a theoretical foundation in theories of organisational leadership and change that strengthen their ability to analyse complex organisational and societal problems.

Broaden awareness

Broaden their awareness of global and regional organisational problems and identify evidence-based leadership practices that increase capacity for sustainable solutions.

Cultivate capacity

Cultivate their capacity for effective leadership in cross-cultural contexts.

Become part of a network of international educational leaders.

Become part of a network of international educational leaders that will enhance lifelong learning and career opportunities.
