In the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings by Subject, EdUHK has remained among the top three in Asia and the top 20 in the world in education for eight consecutive years. The numerous prestigious accolades and global recognition earned by faculty members are testimony to our contributions to the convergence of knowledge, technology and society.

Equally encouraging are the great strides made in emerging disciplines, including environmental management, psychology, linguistics and language studies, as evidenced by our ‘world leading’ and ‘internationally excellent’ research output in the latest research assessment conducted by the University Grants Committee.

Guided by our Education-plus approach, we are expanding the scope of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes beyond the realm of teacher education, covering artificial intelligence and educational technology, heritage education and arts management, sports science and coaching, personal finance education as well as global and regional studies.
